Storage shelves

         Steel structure shelf is the main equipment for storing goods in the storage area of high-rise shelf, which requires sufficient strength, stiffness and overall stability, and high precision dimension, and meets the requirements of earthquake resistance. The shelves in this system are made of modular shelves with adjustable beams, which are composed of shelf slices, cargo carrying beams and reinforcing support bars, etc., and are connected by insertion. The height is adjustable, and the spacing is adjusted to 75mm. It is convenient to transport and install, and the combined shelves mainly meet the needs of long-term automatic operation of the storage equipment.

The shelves are mainly composed of shelf pieces (columns), beams/legs, top horizontal and horizontal beams, reinforcing bars and so on.



The main components of the shelves are made of thin-walled steel, and the shelves are produced by automatic rolling mills with high degree of automation, high product precision, strong development, safe and reliable without pollution.



Surface treatment using electrostatic powder spray, finished product shelves after surface spray treatment, beautiful appearance and generous, and has a strong corrosion resistance.



The beam is positioned on the shelf piece column by the safety lock pin to prevent the beam from bearing the violent impact and causing the hanging piece to break the beam and the goods to fall.
